These terms are an agreement between you and CcsSync LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("CcsSync LLC," "we," or "us"). They cover your use of CcsSync, an unofficial, independently developed tool that copies a flight schedule from United's CCS+ system into a calendar of your choosing. By installing or using CcsSync, you agree to these terms.
CcsSync reads your CCS+ schedule and writes it into Outlook (personal or Microsoft 365 work/school accounts) or Google Calendar, on a repeating schedule while it is running. Continued syncing requires an active subscription, managed through Lemon Squeezy. A license key activates CcsSync for one PC at a time; deactivating on one PC frees the seat to be used on another.
CcsSync is a Windows application that runs on your own PC. There is no hosted or server-side version: the sync runs on your computer, and your schedule is never held on ours. What that means for your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
CcsSync works by reading the schedule United's CCS+ system publishes. That system belongs to United, not to CcsSync. United may change, restrict, interrupt, block, or permanently discontinue the feed or access to it at any time, without notice and without CcsSync's knowledge or consent - and if that happens, CcsSync may stop working, partly or entirely, temporarily or permanently. You agree that CcsSync LLC is not responsible or liable for anything United - or any other third party, including Microsoft, Google, or Lemon Squeezy - does or fails to do, and you agree to hold CcsSync LLC harmless for it.
CcsSync may be unavailable, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, at any time and for any reason - including outages, maintenance, changes by United or the calendar providers, or discontinuation of the product. No level of availability is promised.
CcsSync is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied - including, without limitation, any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your schedule will sync correctly or on time. You use it at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CcsSync LLC is not liable for any damages - direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential - arising from your use of, or inability to use, CcsSync, including damages arising from a missed, late, or incorrect understanding of your schedule. This includes situations where a sync failure, delay, or error contributed to a missed report time, a missed trip, or any other consequence at work. Again: verify schedule-critical information directly against CCS+, not against your calendar. The refund described under "Your sole remedy" below is the only remedy available for any failure of CcsSync, however arising.
If CcsSync fails to work, stops working, or is discontinued, your sole and exclusive remedy - to the fullest extent permitted by law - is a prorated refund, through Lemon Squeezy, of the fee already paid for the unused portion of your current billing period. In every case, CcsSync LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to CcsSync is capped at the amount you paid for CcsSync in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some places do not allow certain limitations; where that is true, these apply to the fullest extent allowed.
You're responsible for keeping your CCS+ credentials and your license key confidential. CcsSync stores your CCS+ password encrypted, locally on your own PC - see the Privacy Policy for detail on what is stored and where, and how to have it deleted.
You can stop using CcsSync and uninstall it at any time. Subscription billing and cancellation are handled through Lemon Squeezy; canceling a subscription stops future syncing but does not delete anything already written to your calendar.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to CcsSync or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page will change with them. Continuing to use CcsSync after a change means you accept the updated terms.
